The Commitment
At PlayLastMan, we believe in the integrity of the game. Protecting your personal data is as critical as ensuring real-time score accuracy. We only collect what we need to run your leagues and we never sell your information to advertisers.
Data Collection
We collect your email address and name during registration to identify your account and personalize your game experience. We also store your game-related data, such as competition entries and picks.
Game Information
To facilitate Last Man Standing competitions, we record your team selections, elimination status, and competition history. This data is essential for calculating results and maintaining fair play.
Payment Data
For paid leagues, we generate and store unique reference codes (e.g., ABC1234) to help match your payment. If you create a league, we store the payment instructions you provide (bank details, contact info) to display to participants. We do NOT process payments directly or store your bank account credentials. All money transfers happen off-platform.
Admin Payment Reconciliation
Platform admins may upload CSV files from their bank to automatically match payments using reference codes. These CSV files are processed in-memory only and are never permanently stored. Only essential transaction data (reference codes, amounts, dates) is extracted temporarily for matching purposes.
Third-Party Services
We use Supabase for secure data storage and authentication. Real-time football data is provided by external APIs. Your payment information is handled off-platform through manual bank transfers - we never act as a payment processor.
Cookies & Storage
We use secure browser cookies primarily to maintain your login session. No tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies are used on this platform.
